An end-to-end service
Our Design and Build service involves both planning and design stage following through to full completion. You can expect a team of people who can take care of the whole project. With our hands-off service, everything is fully project managed from design and build through the finishing touches, completely removing any stress.
By providing every service from start to finish from the initial consultation, through the survey and design onto the planning permission and building regulations approval we can keep everything under one roof so you know at all times where you stand and what the next step is.

We work closely with a local architect, structural engineer and surveyor on each project we take on, ensuring you are provided with a comprehensive service throughout your project duration.
Because we are with you through the design and build we are a cost-effective way to achieve your desired finished project. We will project manage the entire thing from submitting the drawings to the local planning authority, through to the project signed off.
