Our Story

Thirty years of building experience

Embury is a family-run Design & Build company led by Gavin Embury, who brings 30 years of building experience to every project.

That experience shapes how we work: a practical understanding of how homes are put together, careful planning before work begins, and a strong eye for the finish our clients live with every day.

Today we design and build refurbishments, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery for homeowners across Richmond, Barnes, East Sheen and South West London.

Our Approach

One team, from first sketch to final finish

Design and construction work side by side, so ideas stay intact and decisions are joined up. You always know who to speak to, what is happening next and what it will cost.

  • Design and construction planned together
  • Clear, itemised quotations
  • Regular updates as the work progresses
  • A considered finish, room by room
